Quality

Quality

Production and quality assurance at international standards

Quality Starts at the Drawing Board, Not at Delivery

We review every project's technical specification against EN 1090 and ISO 3834 requirements. From material receipt to the final weld on site, measurement, testing, and verification take place at every critical point.

Our quality control team works inside the production process, not separate from it. Every welding procedure is approved, every material certified, every component traceable. Work without documentation does not ship.

Our Quality Approach

Welded Structures — EN 1090

Certified production under execution classes EXC 2 and EXC 3. Compliance with EN 1090 across the design, fabrication, and assembly of welded steel structures is documented and independently verified.

Weld Quality — ISO 3834

Production under approved welding procedure specifications (WPS/pWPS), certified welders, and welding coordinator supervision. The full set of quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials is met.

Material Traceability

Certificate checks and heat number tracking for every incoming steel profile and plate. A complete traceability record from raw material to delivery is accessible at every project stage.

Non-Destructive Testing

Visual examination (VT), ultrasonic testing (UT), and radiographic testing (RT) on critical joints. Independent third-party audits and internal quality records are maintained in parallel.
